At SEDEOR, every fragrance is carefully crafted and sealed.
2-Day Return Policy (Controlled Approval)
We offer a 2-day return window for:
• 30 ml
• 50 ml
• 100 ml
You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions:
• Product must be unused or minimally used
• Bottle level should not show significant consumption
• Original packaging must be intact
Returns that show excessive usage or tampering may be declined.
Process:
• Return request must be approved before shipping back
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Product must be securely packed
After inspection, refund will be issued.
Important:
• 5 ml is not eligible for return
• Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted
Damaged Product Replacement
If you receive a damaged or leaked product:
• Contact within 24 hours
• Full unboxing video is mandatory
Without video, request will not be accepted.
