All orders are shipped via standard delivery using Shiprocket’s verified courier network to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery location, package weight, and courier availability. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro & remote locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier constraints, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

International Shipping

Currently, SEDEOR ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS and email. Customers can track their shipment in real time using the tracking link provided by Shiprocket.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damage-related claims.

  • After verification, a replacement will be arranged.

  • Refunds are not provided for transit-related issues.
